Our Deluxe password does not work. Is that because our subscription expired?

We would never hold your account hostage with a payment. When an Deluxe upgrade expires, you still have access to your account but the features and measures (and ability to see your Deluxe information) gets turned off. You can still access your account and if you know it is about to expire, we recommend that you print or download the student information so you have access to your Deluxe data.

If you have not already tried a password reset, we suggest you request one. If that has failed, then please give us the username of the account your are referencing and we can assign you a random password which you will use to gain access to your account. Once in your account, you will be able to change your password to one you want.
