How do I set my account information and/or verify my email address?

When you create an easyCBM account, the system only allows for one unique email address and username.

The account email must be a legitimate address that someone can access. We need a viable email address in order for account owners to get updates, messages, and have the ability to make password requests. The username selection cannot be an email address only use letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores, and no spaces (all usernames must be unique and not used with another account).

If you can login to the account then you can change the account email address. To change your account password, name and email address, you can do it through your account once you login. If you want to change your username you will need to make the request through the easyCBM support site. You must be the account owner to have this request completed.

To make changes, login to your account and go to the "Admin" tab located in the upper right-hand corner. Once you click this tab, select the "My Account" and your account information will appear.  You can edit the information just make sure to click the "Update Your Account" button located in the lower left-hand corner of the page.

If you have received a verify your email address notice, then go to the box on your account dashboard and then click on the "Send New Code" link. A new code will be sent to your corrected email address and then just enter the code into the blank box and click "Submit".
