How to retrieve a deleted student and their data?

If a student is deleted, the student and their data are saved. They are just removed from your active account. To retrieve them, you will need to have them reinstated by the easyCBM support team.

The student still exists, but not to where you can access them. This is done so you can keep an active 200 student account limit but still have an ability to retrieve an inactive student.

Please DO NOT try and add the student back into your account. This usually generates a new version of the student that is devoid of their data. If you give tests to this new version, the new data cannot be combined with the original student and you will have to work with duplicate versions of the student.

If you need students reactivated, you will need to provide the support team with an alphabetized list of student names (last name, first).
