How do I change my account email address when I no longer have access to it?

Because of FERPA laws and data privacy regulations, the easyCBM Lite and Deluxe accounts do not allow access to an account with students from a previous school/district.

If you’ve had an account with a school/district and then leave, the students and their data belong to that school/district. If you no longer work with your former students, then we will first have to delete the students and their data before we make the account change.

If, in your new job capacity, you are still involved with and need the students in your account, then we will need official written permission to give you access and/or transfer account ownership. In this case, please have someone, in an administrative capacity, make a digital request that is posted on school letterhead and have that person include their job title. We will then be able to return account ownership to you.
