Trubleshooting: I am trying to access the video tutorials but when I click on them, nothing happens
It sounds as though you might have a "pop up blocker" enabled on your browser, or perhaps your school district has disabled videos from playing when you're logged in through the district network.
You can try disabling your popup blocker, or you might try a different browser (for examples, Firefox automatically blocks a lot of things that Safari allows). If none of these things work, we advise you to ask for IT support there at school, as this sounds like a local issue with how your computer is configured rather than an issue with easyCBM itself.
