How do I transfer my account to another person?
Since you control your own account, you can login and make changes to it, even transfer it to another person. The main items to change are the new person's email address and their username.
If you want to change your account password, name and email address, you can do it through your account once you login. If you want to change your username you will need to make the request through the easyCBM support site. You must be the account owner to have this request completed.
To make changes, login to your account and go to the "Admin" tab located in the upper right-hand corner. Once you click this tab, select the "My Account" and your account information will appear. You can edit the information just make sure to click the "Update Your Account" button located in the lower left-hand corner of the page.
If you also want to change the username, you will need to make the request through the easyCBM support site. Only the account owner can make this request. Always check to see if that person is in fact the account owner. If they are not, they need to be directed back to the account owner for any account changes. Since the support site makes this change to usernames, we need to make sure the new username is not an already established email address and username and it doesn't have any odd characters in it (something other than numbers, letters, and periods).
