How do I tell what tests my students took and where can I see their results?

To tell what tests your students have taken, check their Student Assessment History.

To see this compiled list of assessments a student has taken, login to your account and go to the Student tab. Next locate the student name in the “Students” column to the right. To the right of the student name there is a blue magnifying glass icon. Click on that icon and a summary list of assessments for that student will appear in a drop down window.

If the assessment information is not immediately visible in the window, scroll down the page to find the list. Assessments that have a season in their title (Vocabulary 3_Fall) are benchmark tests and those that end with an underscore and number (Reading Comprehension 4_1) are progress monitoring measures.

The white check mark in the blue box shows a student has taken a test online. Yes/No is data entered by the teacher.

Now go to the Reports tab and then click on the Individual’s tab, you will find a list of Students. If you locate a student name and double click on the name itself, it will lead you to the Student's Report which includes all of the student’s tests taken. At this site you can scroll down and see the student’s graphed results. You can also select to look at just This Year, Last Year or All Data. This report contains all of the tests the student has ever taken. These assessment results will correspond to the list in the Students Assessment History.
