Troubleshooting: Why are last year's benchmark test scores not showing in this year's records?

The historic benchmark data has undergone a change after July 1, 2024. If you login to your account and go to the Reports section to the Benchmark Scores, you will not see your past benchmark data until you update your students to the new school year.

This is due to the system not being able to calculate the correct student grades for 2023-2024 until the user updates the students to 2024-2025. Since the program doesn't have historical enrollment info, the system thinks last year's grade is this year's grade until the user updates it. Depending on how you've arranged your groups, you may need to reassign students once their grade is advanced.

Here is how you advance student grades in school (for the new academic school year):

Deluxe Account

To do a mass grade advancement, please access the upload roster feature in your account.

In the Deluxe version, there is a feature that assists you in uploading a student roster rather than entering each student individually into the system. At the beginning of the school year, you can also use this feature to advance your students’ grade in school.

To access this feature, login to your account and click on the Admin tab, and scroll down the page to the Student Records section. If you click on the upload student roster link, you will be directed to a page with instructions for preparing and uploading a student roster into your account.

If your upload was successful, you will receive a confirmation message.

Lite Account

In a Lite account, there is no feature to mass advance student grades. Each student must be edited individually. To edit student information, login to your account and click on the "Student" tab. In the Students column, to the right of the student's name, is a blue edit button. Click on this button and a pop-up window will display the student's information. Make changes and be sure to click on the "Update" button in order for the changes to take effect.

*Note: In both the Lite and Deluxe accounts, once you advance the grade of the student, the correct tests will be accessible for the student to take.
