Why are last year's benchmark test scores showing up in this year's records?

Students need their grade in school manually advanced at the beginning of each school year. The system will not do this automatically and any tests they took the year before (if they are not retained) will present themselves as already being taken.

Deluxe Account

To do a mass grade advancement, please access the upload roster feature in your account.

To access this feature, login to your account and click on the Admin tab and scroll down the page to the Student Records section. If you click on the upload student roster link, you will be directed to a page with instructions for preparing and uploading a student roster into your account.

You will need to export a copy of your current list of students, advance their grade in school, then re-upload the roster into your account.

Lite Account

In a Lite account, there is no feature to mass advance student grades. Each student must be edited individually. To edit student information, login to your account and click on the "Student" tab. In the Students column, to the right of the student's name, is a blue edit button. Click on this button and a pop-up window will display the student's information. Make changes and be sure to click on the "Update" button in order for the changes to take effect.

*Note: In both the Lite and Deluxe accounts, once you advance the grade of the student, the correct tests will be accessible for the student to take.
