Testing: How can I tell what tests I've assigned my students?

There are two ways to see what tests have been assigned for students to take,

1. By looking at the Student Portal

2. By checking the Measures section for tests assigned to groups.

The first way is to check the student portal by using your classroom link via your account:

• Click on the Measures tab at the upper left side of your screen.
• At the bottom of the dark gray box titled "Measures on easyCBM", you will find your classroom link in blue. The link includes your classroom name: https://app.easycbm.com/YourClassroomName. 
• Click on this link and you will be in the Student Portal. You can toggle through groups, student names, and see the tests that have been assigned, taken, or are already done.

The second way is to see what assessments have been assigned in the Measures tab, select the grade, then scroll down through the measures. To the right of the measure name, there is a column named "Online". If the box is checked in blue to the left of the Take Online feature, then the measure has been assigned to be taken online.

To see what Groups/Students have been assigned that measure, click on the blue  "Show options" link. A drop-down menu will appear and those groups with a check in the box next to their name are the ones assigned that particular measure. If you click on the Take Online box instead of the Show options link, you will unassign the measure.

To unassign or clear an online progress monitoring measure, go to the “Measures” tab and click on the grade of the test you want to administer (the numbered box located just to the right of the header “Grade”).

Now scroll down the page until you locate the name of the assessment that has been assigned. To determine which tests have been assigned, look on the right-hand side of the test name to the “Take Online” box. If this box is checked then look to its left at the link, "Show Options".

If you click on this link, a drop-down list of groups will appear. The checkmark next to the group name indicates which groups have been assigned to take this test. Now uncheck all of the boxes or groups you want removed from testing, by unchecking the box beside the group name(s).

To see if students are no longer assigned a test, login as a student by moving to the top of the Measures page and going to: https://app.easycbm.com/+ your username.  Select a group, then an individual name, then see which tests appear for selection. The tests you have unselected should be removed.
