Troubleshooting: Why am I not able to print our reports in color?

If the report appears in color on your computer screen, it should print in color. Here are some things you can try.

1.) Try printing from another web browser (Firefox or Chrome).

2.) Try printing the report as a pdf., (saved to your desktop) then print the pdf.

3.) There may be a setting on your printer and you may need to consult with someone regarding settings.
