Proficient Reading Item Analysis (Literal, Evaluative, and Inferential Data)
The Proficient Reading Measures in easyCBM assess 3 categories of comprehension.
Literal Comprehension = information can be found directly in the text.
Inferential Comprehension = information that must be ‘inferred’ from more than one place in the text.
Evaluative Comprehension = information that must be pulled from more than one place in the text and then ‘filtered’ through a lens of ‘which is most correct, given the details and nuances in the text.
To locate this data, login to your easyCBM Dashboard and click on the Reports tab.

Next, select the "Groups" tab.

Click directly on the "Group Name" that you would like to view the information for.

Next, you'll see the list of given assessments populate. Scroll down and locate the Reading test you wish to view the answers for and click directly on the blue link directly to the right of the test title, in this case "Proficient Reading 4_1 : The Magnifying Glass". (example below)

After clicking on the test title, in the "Summary" box, scroll down to the "Item Analysis" section and here you'll find the "Type" of reading comprehension question asked.
