Reaching the 200 Student Limit in an Account

easyCBM Lite and Deluxe accounts are single teacher accounts with a 200 student limit. Once the account limit has been reached, no more students can be added to an account unless students are first deleted to make room. Only the District edition allows for adding students as needed. If you want room to add students, you will need to create another separate account.

As a single teacher accounts, two Lite or Deluxe accounts cannot be merged together or students transferred between them.

While you cannot merge accounts or share students, you do have some options:

• You can print off a student tests and then have it manually entered into another account.
• If there are too many tests to entered, download a .CSV of your account, found under the Reports tab then Groups tab, then select a Data Export to download. Do the same for the other account then combine the two data files into one .CSV file.
• Print off a hard copy of Individual Tests or Individual Reports.
