Live Scoring of Tests

These tests are administered one-on-one for one minute. Live scoring refers to entering item-level data (student responses) into easyCBM at the same time as you are administering the test to the student.

Progress monitoring measures have an Enter Scores option, to the right of the Assessor Column, which allows for online recording of student scores. Student and Assessor forms are also downloadable and student responses can be recorded on a paper scoresheet and then entered manually into the system.

Both student and assessor downloadable copies can be found by going to the Measures tab, and selecting the Benchmarks or Progress Monitors tab. When you select a grade you will be directed to a page with a list of available timed tests to take.

Benchmark tests (Deluxe) have the additional tab of Fall, Winter, or Spring to select before you choose a grade. Here there is an additional option to download a Combined Booklet of measures which are arranged by subject.

For more detailed information on this type of student testing, please refer to Live Scoring on page 79, of the easyCBM User's Manual.
