Missing Historical Data

At the beginning of the new school year, teachers need to advance the "Grade Level"  the student roster or directly in the student's profile. The program does not automatically do this due the the differing start/end dates of each regions academic calendar.


If you do not complete a grade advancement, two problems will occur if you are a returning account holder:

  1. Students will have problems with tests being assigned to them because the were already taken the year before.
  2. You will not be able to see your student's past (historical) benchmark data until the next school year's data is entered.

Please note: once your student grades are advanced, you may need to adjust the students in their groups.
