Print or Save as a PDF
Directions for printing a measure, assessor/student copy, completed test, or report vary depending upon the type of computer, the web browser, and printer that you use. Because of so much variance in directions, these instructions should be used as a general guideline. For this example we are printing a completed student test. The computer used is a MacBook Pro laptop and the web browser is Firefox.
After going to the Reports tab, clicking on the Individuals tab, and clicking on a student name we are directed to the list of student graphs and tests. Clicking on the View test option, the completed student test will appear on your computer screen.
Printing steps
- Go to the web browser menu bar at the top of your desktop screen, choose File and scroll down the pop-up window to highlight Print.
- A printer setting window will appear. The destination window, on top, allows you to choose either your printer, or in this case, create a pdf. If you choose a printer you will print off a hard copy of a document.
- In creating a PDF, you will click on the Save button and be directed to a pop-up window. Here you complete what you want to call the document and where you would like it to go. When done you save the PDF to your desired location.
