Deleting or deactivating a student
When you delete a student in your account, you are really deactivating them. Delactivated students become inactive students, but still remain in your account with their data. This is so a student can be reactivated, along with their data, should they move away and come back or they are accidentally deleted from an account.
To delete or deactivate a student from an account, click on the Student tab and go to the Students column. Locate the student name, look to the right, and click on the red trash can icon.
When you click on the red trash can item you will be directed to a confirmation page.
Reactivating a student
The easyCBM Lite/Deluxe support site can reactivate students that have been deleted. If you try to add a student back into your account, the program will consider the addition a new student and will create a duplicate version. Duplicate students cannot be merged together so it is best to write for assistance when reactivating student(s).
