Archive Student Assessments (Deluxe)

Archiving a student's assessment will allow a student to be reassessed on a previously taken test. Archived assessments will still appear on a student's assessment history and their individual report. Only the re-administered benchmark test will be viewable in the current year's report.


Archive Feature

Our program only allows a student to take a test once and will only record one score per test. By utilizing the Archive feature, a teacher with be able to administer a test to a student while still archiving the original test scores.


To locate the Archive feature, click on the Students tab.

Locate the student and click on the blue magnifying glass next to their name. This will take you to the Student's Profile, Assessment History, and Archives section.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Archives" section.

Select the "Grade Level" of tests that you would like to archive and click the blue "Archive Assessments" button. Note that all assessments in the chosen "Grade Level" will be archived.

Once you click "Archive Assessments" a final confirmation will pop up, when ready click "OK" to confirm and you will receive a "Green" archive successful message.

You will now be able to reassign those tests to your student. Once a re-assigned test is taken, you will be able to view both scores under the student's Assessment History.


Both graphed test results are also viewable in the Reports section under a student's Individual report.



Last, if you wish to "Undo" or "Restore" the archived data, in the "Archived Assessments" section, scroll down and click on the "Restore" button at the bottom right. (pictured below)
