Key Attributes of easyCBM Accounts

Key attributes of easyCBM accounts:

• Schools, teachers, parents, tutors, and businesses are welcome to create and use an easyCBM account. If your child/student is enrolled in a school that utilizes the easyCBM program, we suggest you first consult with the classroom teacher to discuss the best way to create a coordinated plan of support.

• The easyCBM Lite and Teacher Deluxe accounts are designed for single teacher accounts with one set of credentials and a 200-student limit.

• Data cannot be digitally merged or transferred to another account.

• If you reach your account's student limit, you can free up space by deactivating students you no longer need. "Deactivating" a student will remove their profile from your account, along with their data, but the profile/data are not totally deleted from our system. Account owners can request a profile be "reactivated" by the easyCBM support team to restore the profile and assessment data.

• If you create an account, and it has been idle for 18 months, it is considered abandoned and is removed from the system. We do this to maximize service space and unlike a deactivated student, a deleted account cannot be reactivated.
