Schools, teachers, parents, tutors, and businesses are welcome to create and use an easyCBM account.
If your child/student is enrolled in a school that uses the easyCBM program, we suggest you first consult with the classroom teacher to coordinated a plan of support.
The easyCBM Lite and Teacher Deluxe versions are single teacher accounts with a 200 student.
If you reach your account limit, you can free up space by deactivating students you no longer need. Deactivating a student archives them, along with their data, in your account but they are not accessible to you unless you request a student(s) be reactivated. Students cannot be reactivated if you are already at your account limit.
Student reactivation is done by the easyCBM support team. If you delete a student, and try to add them back in, the program will consider them a new student without data.
If your create an account, and it has been idle for 18 months, it is considered abandoned and is removed from the system. We do this to maximize service space. Unlike a deactivated student, a deleted account can not be reactivated.
