Old Account and data missing

If your account has been unused for over 2 years, it is abandoned and it is removed from the system. We do this to maximize service space. Unlike a deactivated student, a deactivated account can not be reactivated.

If you had a Teacher Deluxe account with student data, and the upgrade expired (after a year), the account and its subsequent data reverts back to a Lite edition. Any Teacher Deluxe data will not be available, only Lite data.
