Account: Transfer account if account owner is no longer available
Because of FERPA laws and data privacy regulations, the easyCBM Lite and Deluxe accounts do not allow for the migrating of student data between accounts nor allow for the transfer of account ownership without the original account owner's permission.​
If the original account owner is still there, they can write us (from the email address associated with the account) and request account information change.
If the original account owner is no longer available, please have someone, in an administrative capacity, make a digital request that is posted on school letterhead and have that person include their job title. We will then be able to turn the account ownership to a designated person.
Please give us the name, email address, and classroom name (if you know it) of the original account so we can locate the account. Then provide ​​us with the name and email address of the person taking over the account.
