Testing: I'm having a problem with using your program, how do I fix it?
When exploring a problem, providing us with as much details and information as possible will help us with exploring your issue or problem. Sometimes we are unable to duplicate what you are seeing. This doesn't mean we don't acknowledge a problem, just that we cannot reproduce it on our end so we can work on a solution.
If this problem is occurring for you, here is something to try and information we would need to explore your problem further.
Please send us the following information:
- What is your account email address?
- If your problem involves a student(s) and or test, please include the name of the student(s) and the full name of the test.
- What is the operating system on your computer?
- What is your browser name and version number?
- If possible, please take a screenshot of the problem and send it to us?
- Please identify where you are when this is happening (at home, at your school, at a coffee shop).
- If you know indicate what "plug-ins" you have installed on your browser.
