Troubleshooting: The easyCBM pages look all jumbled up. What is going on?

Sometimes when exploring problems, we are unable to duplicate what you are seeing. This doesn't mean we don't acknowledge a problem, just that we cannot reproduce it on our end so we can work on a solution.

If this problem is occurring for you, here is something to try and information we would need to explore your problem further.

Has there been a web browser upgrade that could have done something to disrupt the stylus viewing of your pages when using our program. If the problem persists please send us the following information:

1). The operating system is on your computer

2). Your browser name and version #

3). Where you are when this is happening (at home, at your school, at a coffee shop).

4). If you know... what "plug-ins" you have installed on your browser.
