Troubleshooting: The easyCBM pages look all jumbled up. What is going on?

We have gone into your account and are not able to see what you are seeing. This doesn't mean we don't acknowledge a problem, just that we cannot reproduce it on our end so we can work on a solution.

We are wondering if there might have been a web browser upgrade that could have done something to disrupt the stylus viewing of your pages when using our program. We want to replicate this problem so we can find a solution.

Could you please help us by providing the following information:
1). Operating System on your computer
2). Browser (name and version #)
3). Where you are when this is happening (at home, at your school, at a coffee shop).
4). If you know... what "plug-ins" you have installed on your browser.Could you please
