Troubleshooting: When I try to download (generate) a report, I get an error message about some features might be lost if I save it in the comma-delimited (csv) format. What format should I use?

We recommend saving the files as .xlsx files. The message about possible loss of features is a standard warning that .csv files give. We haven't found any issues with data or feature loss when saving the files as .csv, .xls, or .xlsx.
