Restoring and Reactivating a Deleted Student

Students and their data are not really removed from an account, they just become inactive. along with all of their data. This is so a student can be reactivated, along with their data, should they move away and come back or they are accidentally deleted from the account.

If you try and add a student back into the account, the system, which has the original student inactivated, considers the added student new. So, in essence, there are two version of this student in your account, an active student with no data and an inactive student with data.

The right course of action is to contact the support site and provide us with an alphabetized list of students to be reactivated. We will then be able to reactivate them back into your account.
