How do I restore or reactivate a deleted student?

We, the easyCBM Lite/Deluxe support site, actually reactivate students. If you try to add a student back into your account yourself, the program will consider the addition a new student and not connect it with their existing data.

Students and their data are not really removed from an account, they just become inactive. along with all of their data. This is so a student can be reactivated, along with their data, should they move away and come back or they are accidentally deleted from the account.

To restore a group of 50 students or less, please provide us with the account email address and an alphabetized list of students (Last Name, First Name) in an Excel file. If more than 50 students need to be reactivated, reply back to us and let us know the total number of students to reactivate and we will work out a plan to restore your students.
