Troubleshooting: Why is my computer not responding when entering data in easyCBM?

The issue is not the the easyCBM but may be in the web browser. 

1. You may need to switch to another web browser (Firefox, Chrome, or Safari-if you have a Mac).

2. You may want to open your browser using an incognito mode and login that way. The easiest way to open an Incognito window is with the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS). Another way is to click on the menu on the upper right - it's the three vertical dots - and select New Incognito Window from the list. Firefox calls it private browsing, Chrome calls it incognito mode. Both let you browse the web without saving your browsing history. By using incognito mode, In Private Browsing o Incognito mode, cookie data is deleted It also blocks tracking cookies by default.

3. Disable any browser plugins and try again

4. If it still does it, then we would like to know exactly what you are doing leading up to the message (click by click from logging in).
