Can the school share the full test (including test questions) with the parent of their child?

Parents have the right to see the tests and their child's responses to those tests.

We encourage people not to share the tests before they are used with students (to avoid situations where people might decide to "pre-teach" the material and thus make the scores meaningless), but parents absolutely have the right to see their own child's test performance.

The easiest way to do this might be to provide a printed version of the test with the responses selected by the student marked in (and an indication of whether their selection was correct or incorrect). For the individually-administered measures (LN, LS, SEG, WRF, and PRF), you could provide a copy of the tester's version of the measure, so that it has the students' performance logged
