Can we see a demo Deluxe account before we purchase it?

Thanks for asking. We do not have a demo account but you can purchase an upgrade and try it for two weeks. If it does not meet your needs write us back, include your digital receipt, and we will honor your refund.

If you will need to create and/use an existing Lite account to upgrade in order to explore the Deluxe version.

Before going any further, first consider what your needs are.

  1. Need more type and kinds of measures. If you have upper grade students who need more measures or you want extra kinds of measures like Vocabulary, Basic Reading, and Spanish, the Deluxe would of benefit to you.
  2. If are looking for a benchmark test for your students, please know these tests are actually screeners and are only taken on-grade for grades K-8. They do not tell you what grade your student is performing at, only if they are performing on-grade with their peers. If you already know your students are not performing on-grade or are in upper grades like 9-12, these tests/upgrade would not be of benefit to you. In these cases, you would focus on the progress monitoring measures

The paid Deluxe version ($49.99 annually), like the Lite version,is also an individual teacher programs with a 200 student limit. It builds on the Lite program's progress monitoring measures and includes an additional benchmark screener feature, that can be administered, on-grade (K-8th grade), three times a year. These screeners help identify students who are performing below the 50th percentile and need assistance. They do not tell you what grade a student is functioning at (that can be determined by administering the various grades of progress monitoring measures to lower functioning students).

The Deluxe program also offers 13 additional more challenging Proficient Math forms per grade. The Proficient Math forms include 25 items in grades K-2 and 30 items in grades 3-5. It also adds measures of Vocabulary, shorter comprehension measures that include informational text and “read to perform a task” prompts, in addition to short literary text, all-new mathematics measures written to align to the Common Core State Standards, in addition the NCTM Focal Point-based math measures, and Spanish language support for all math items (in both written and read-aloud formats).

With our Deluxe program you gain access to measures which were previously only available to District users including Benchmark, Basic and Proficient Math and Reading measures. There is also Vocabulary and Spanish measures and more forms for Progress Monitoring. Teacher Deluxe users also have access to our template-based interventions log, additional reports, and a student retention feature along with a roster upload feature. The best option to experience what the Deluxe option offers would be to create a free Lite account and then upgrade to the Deluxe version (if you do not already have a Lite account. If you have a Lite account, upgrade through it). You have a two week free trial period to try it out. If the program is not what you want, just write to us asking for a refund and please provide the digital receipt so we can process your request.

Whether you are choosing the Lite or Teacher Deluxe version of easyCBM, the first step is to create your own account. Start by going to http://www.easycbm.com and click on the “Register” link button located in the “Teachers Login” box near the bottom right-hand side of the screen. After you click on the register button, you will be directed to the “Teacher Account Registration” form. Please complete the form, then click the green Register button at the bottom of the page. If your registration is complete the system will let you know. If you do not see this confirmation upon registration, like the example below, you have not created a new account.

The program will only allow one account per email address/username. If your email address or username is already in use (meaning you already have an account with easyCBM), the account creation will not go through. If the username you choose is already taken, you will need to select another one.

The easyCBM system automatically creates and sends an email to the email address specified during account creation. In most cases, users will receive this email within a few minutes. In some cases, a spam filter may block this email. If half an hour has passed and you still haven’t received the login email, please check your spam filter for the message. If this fails, set your filter to allow emails from: accounts@easycbm.com.

How do I upgrade or purchase a Teacher Deluxe account?

If you are new to the easyCBM system and want to purchase a Teacher Deluxe account, you will first need to create a free easyCBM Lite account. If you are a Lite user, and already have an easyCBM account, you will purchase the Teacher Deluxe version through your existing Lite account. To create or login to an existing account, go to easyCBM.com. The cost is $49.99 annually and each account has a limit of 200 students total.

1, To purchase a Deluxe Teacher account, create/login into your easyCBM Lite account.

  1. Next, click on the Admin tab at the top right of the Dashboard page.
  2. Go to the Account Management section and click on “Manage easyCBM Teacher Deluxe Subscription.”
  3. Click on the “Upgrade” button in the middle of the page and you will be directed to the QuickPAY form in a new tab where you can enter your payment information (which is outlined in the payment guide). Once you click on the QuickPay option you’ll be given the option to pay by either eCheck or credit card. Since we do not accept Purchase Orders or checks in the mail this provides you the opportunity to send your check electronically. When you select the e Check option, all you do is enter your check information online. You do not need to sign-up for a special service or program.

You have a two week trial period with this account and if it is not what you want, please write us back and ask for a refund and please include your digital receipt so we can process your request.
