How do I get help for my easyCBM account?

Your easyCBM account has several Help features available to you. Here is an overview of your Help options.

1. When you log in, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, there is a red Get Help link. When you click on the link, you will be directed to a searchable database of easyCBM answers to questions. This resource link was created to help answer frequently asked questions (FAQs), step-by-step instructions and is a comprehension database of information. Click on the FAQ tab and use the search tool to type in a keyword for your question

2. When you log in, there is also a Resources tab in the upper right-hand of your screen. This has links to the Help Desk above, as well as to manuals and video tutorials.

   
   
3. The other Help feature is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. It appears as a "thought bubble" icon. Click on the icon and a pop-up window appears with possible answers to your questions. There is also a space to type in key words and questions.
