Each easyCBM account has two Help features available to you. One is located in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.
When you click on the red Help link, you will be directed to a searchable database of easyCBM answers to questions. This resource link was created to help answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) and is a comprehension database of information. Click on the FAQ tab and use the search tool to type in a keyword for your question.
The other Help feature is located on the lower right-hand corner of you screen. It appears as a "thought bubble" icon..
Click on the icon and a pop-up window appears with possible answers to your questions. There is also a space to type in key words and questions.
