Account Help

Your easyCBM account has several Help features available to you.


  1. Upon login, in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, there is a red "Get Help" link. Click on this link to be directed to a searchable database full of FAQ's, step-by-step instructions, and easyCBM insight.

  1. Another source for help and program education resides within the Resources section. This section contains links to our Getting Started Guide, easyCBM User's Manual, and six essential easyCBM Professional Development Courses.


  1. The last source for help is a feature is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This "Beacon" is a direct link to the easyCBM Support Desk. Here you can find general info or send any questions you need assistance with to one of our Help Desk Technicians. The support desk is open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (PT)
