Troubleshooting: Why are my manually entered test scores not saving?

The easyCBM program allows for a certain amount of time for your account to be open without any activity before it will log you out of the system. This is to prevent a student from walking up to an unattended computer and entering information or changing account settings.

If you have a lot of scores to enter manually, and you wait to save the data until after you have entered all of the student's scores, your data may not be recorded. Even though you are entering scores into the system, the system registers use by accessing settings like a save. Just entering scores may not be enough for the system to think you are using it. So we recommend doing a save after each set of student scores entered.
