Troubleshooting: Printing errors

Regarding printing, we'd like to run through the validation to ensure it is 'correct' on our end. Here is some information we will need:

1.) Exactly what document exhibits this problem (maybe the full file name… is it Assessor? Answer key? the test itself is only 1 page for fluency).

2.) What is the complete and exact error message?

3.) What kind of printer do you have and what is the printer driver version?

4.) What kind of computer is having the problem?

5.) Could you try opening the pdf in Adobe Reader and simplifying it?

6.) If you have IT staff, it may be the best alternative, but if you can identify a specific PDF that allows us to investigate this further.
