Troubleshooting: Printing Errors

If you experience difficulty printing reports are a few items you can include when asking for assistance.:

1.) Exactly what document exhibits this problem (maybe the full file name… is it Assessor? Answer key? the test itself is only 1 page for fluency). Please include the name and number of the measure.

2.) If you get an error message, what is the complete and exact error message?

3.) What kind of printer do you have and what is the printer driver version?

4.) What kind of computer is having the problem?

5.) If you have IT staff, it may be the best alternative as they have direct access to your school network.
