In the norms table, I have a student performing above the percentile. How do I find their actual percentile?

Once the raw score gets to where it's associated with the 99th percentile, there’s no reason to keep giving additional raw score-–percentile associations because all higher scores are also at the 99th percentile. In other words, as a specific example, once a student is reading greater than the total number of words correct per minute, they are at the 99th percentile.
