Both raw scores and percentile ranks must be considered to interpret student performance. What would be the correct way to interpret both scores to indicate a students true understanding of the skill?

On the Detailed Percentiles Table, the grade 7 MCRC table has 20 questions for Fall but only 19 for Winter and 18 for Spring. All of the MCRC grade 7 tests have 20 questions so why isn’t this reflected in the percentiles table?
