Is the Lite version aligned to Common Core English Language Arts and Mathematics?

The easyCBM English Language Arts measures are based on the National Reading Panel’s Big Five areas of reading. The Lite Edition includes measures of alphabetic principle, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, and comprehension. The Deluxe and District versions also include measures of Vocabulary, and reading comprehension measures that assess students’ literal comprehension of short literary text, informational text, and ‘read to perform a task’ activities (these different text types align with the CCSS ELA expectations, although the more complex inferential and evaluative comprehension questions that the MCRC Measures (available on all versions of easyCBM) include are more in keeping with the CCSS expectations around level-of-complexity.
