If you’ve already created an account, but can’t remember your username or password, click on the “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” link located below the teacher login. For username requests, enter your account email address then click on the blue “Recover” button. For password requests, enter your username and account email address, and then click on the blue “Reset” button. A confirmation email will be sent with the account information requested. If you do not see an remail response, please check your SPAM folder as sometimes school SPAM blockers prevent emails from getting through.
You can always change your account information once you’ve logged in to your account by going to the “Account” tab in the upper right hand side of your screen, editing your account information, then clicking on the blue “Update Your Account” button. Be sure to keep a record of your account information for reference.
