To normally add a student to an account, go to the “Students” tab and click on the green + plus sign to add students. Fill in the appropriate information and click “Create.”
Troubleshooting the add students function:
If you have entered and then deleted a student, the system will still recognize the old student ID#. If you then try and add the deleted student by not including an ID#, you will create a duplicate student ID# with a different ID# and the system consider this a new student and the data will no longer be saved to the original student, thus making one student in essence two and no way to merge the data together. If you have deleted a student and need to have them recovered to the account, please contact us and provide your account username along with the name of the student and their grade in school, and we will restore them to your account.
If you are having trouble entering a new student, try leaving the ID# blank to auto fill.
We have also found there is a glitch when selecting “Other” in the Race drop down menu. For now if you would like to select “Other” just leave the drop down menu blank.
If this does not correct the problem, we will need information to help our tech team try and diagnose what’s going on.
