Getting Answers to Your Questions

The easyCBM program has two ways to assist with answers to your questions.

The first way is found in your account on your desktop. After you are logged in, the Help desk link is available to you in the upper right-hand corner.

When you click on the red Help link, you will be directed to a searchable database of easyCBM answers to questions.

This website was created to help answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) and is a comprehension database of information. Click on the FAQ tab and use the search tool to type in a keyword for your question.

The second option for finding information to your questions is contacting the customer support desk at: support@easycbm.com. When contacting the help desk, please include account information (username and email address associated with your account) along with specific details.We are a small research center, located at the University of Oregon, and we do not have a designated call center. The best way to contact us is through email. If needed, we can make other arrangements through our email support site.
