Troubleshooting: Why are my students not able to remotely login to their portal and take their tests?
Does a teacher's username have a space, apostrophe, or other non-alpha numeric symbol in it? Items like a space could cause an incomplete link to develop because of a space in their username. It’s difficult to send a link with a space in it as each browser will interpret it differently.
To change your account information, login to your account and go to the “Admin” tab located in the upper right-hand corner. Once you click this tab, select the “My Account” tab. Here your account information will appear. You can change any of your account information: email address, username and password, just make sure to click the “Update Your Account” button located in the lower left-hand corner of the page.
