After a period of time, the easyCBM program states that I am inactive and it will start a countdown to log me off. Is there any way to rectify this?

I am sorry there is not. There is a 24 minute session inactivity time out window with these characteristics. The page needs to be submitted within 24 minutes or you'll see the countdown.
