Troubleshooting: Why are my students seeing an error message when they login the the student site?

If students see this error message when they try and login to take their test:

When implementing security measures, our program no longer accepts usernames with spaces or in them, or other weird symbols. Letters, numbers, dash, underscore are all okay.

The space shows in the url student login so removing this item will now make it work.

This is because the chosen account username is has incorrect item in it. Usernames cannot have spaces in them, or other weird symbols. Letters, numbers, dash, underscore are all okay. If you need to correct/edit your account username, please contact support@easycbm.com so they can make the change for you.
