How to Advance Students Grades Wiith Existing Students in a Deluxe Account

Uploading a Student Roster

To access this feature, login to your account and click on the Admin tab and scroll down the page to the Student Records section. If you click on the upload student roster link, you will be directed to a page with instructions for preparing and uploading a student roster into your account.

On this page you will want to access the link in blue letters: Click here to get a downloaded list of your current students in .csv () format. Use this downloaded file to advance your student's grade in school. It will be in the correct format for upload, with nine columns with appropriate headers, and will contain no student data.

Once your roster is completed, you should be able to re-upload your student roster back into your Deluxe account by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the browse button, Next select your edited student roster then click on the Import/Sync Student Roster button.
When the roster is uploaded, you will see a light green box indicating your upload was successful. You may also need to reassign groups to students.
