Troubleshooting: iPads outages and working intermittently

We do not currently have a status page to show easyCBM outages. It is worth noting that all browsers on IOS are Safari.(because apple won't let anyone else put a real browser in the app store. It may be there are problems with a wifi or firewall systems if it is working sometimes but not others.
