DIBELS: Our district currently purchases EasyCBM and I've been informed that this won't be available next year and we need to contact EasyCBM to set up our own account and make sure our data is transferred over correctly.

It does get a bit confusing as both the DIBELS and easyCBM programs originate from the University of Oregon. The easyCBM program was developed by the research facility at Behavioral Research and Teaching (BRT)

The DIBELS program has entered into an arrangement with Amplify Education, to operate DDS. This means that the partnership with easyCBM Math and easyCBM Reading will no longer be supported by the DDS program after this school year.

Moving forward will be a two-fold issue. First, you will need to resolve your DIBELS account by contacting them to find out the details. That information is provided in this email. Second, to move forward with us, we will need you to determine what your account needs are. If you want to go with a Lite or Deluxe account then we can help you here. If you want a district account, you will need to contact our partners at Riverside, who manage the district accounts.

It does get a bit confusing as both the DIBELS and easyCBM programs originate from the University of Oregon. We are actually two distinct entities. so you have no worries for using the easyCBM program in the future.

Because the DIBELS system is different than easyCBM's, to find out about your current account and your data, please contact Amplify Education via DDS Support: ddshelp@amplify.com, who now manages the former DIBELS accounts.

The easyCBM program has three versions. Two versions are for individual teachers, easyCBM Lite and Teacher Deluxe. There is a 200 student limit to both accounts. The site to contact for these two versions is: support@easyCBM.com/.

The Lite account (easyCBM Lite Teachers Manual) is free and just has progress monitoring assessments. The Teacher Deluxe account (easyCBM Teacher Deluxe Users Manual) has a $49.99 annual fee. The Deluxe account includes both progress monitoring and benchmark assessments as well as additional measures and features. Both programs can be of benefit to a classroom teacher (Comparison Between Lite and Deluxe versions).

The third version, the District version of easyCBM, is intended for an entire school district, and is managed by our partners at Riverside Insights. For details and pricing information about this version, please visit Riverside Insights.
